H&M: Good Days
Refashioning a Loyalty Birthday Party into more than a Lockdown Letdown
To mark the 1 year birthday of H&M’s member program, we started planning a members-only festival - only for Australia to be plunged back into lockdown weeks into planning.
We pivoted and developed a stay-at-home celebration called ‘H&M Good Days’. We organised DIY mending classes, gave away experiences and created a digital zine to help our members celebrate from home, soundtracked by a curated Spotify playlist.
We closed the week with Groove Therapy, who live streamed a free dance class for members to keep the lockdown vibes high.
